Please note that for expression rates below 1 mg/liter culture, i.e. if the target protein concentration in the crude extract is less than 100 µg/ml, we highly recommend to use our Strep-Tactin purification columns or for high-throughput applications our Strep-Well HT Purification Plates instead of performing batch purification with MagStrep. In General One-Strep-tag leads to better results in batch purification due to its higher affinity to Strep-tactin.
